Marking Our 25th Anniversary

ARW is extremely proud to be marking our 25th anniversary! It is particularly gratifying to be celebrating this anniversary as the future of market research looks so bright. Today, it’s becoming a secret weapon for businesses – providing them with key insights and strategic direction.

 

Though, research has evolved quite a bit since we first opened our doors a quarter of a century ago. When we first started, almost all our quantitative surveys were completed on a landline. Yes, we had a phone room. Now, in 2019, almost 98% of our surveys are conducted online (both B2C and B2B) – with 25% of the surveys completed on a smartphone or mobile device. We’ve also expanded our qualitative capabilities by having full-time focus group moderators on staff with over 30 years of experience.

 

This being our 25th anniversary year, we also decided that our website had to be made fresh and new to be more representative of all the advanced research capabilities we have.

 

We owe a special thanks to our roster of clients who have allowed ARW to assist them over these 25 years. We are proud to say that many of these clients have been with us since the beginning. To all our clients – thank you for your continued support.
